About Erin

Erin Savoie is a professional business consultant, who helps small and medium sized businesses save money, generate revenue and increase their profits through analysis of business processes.  Her expertise lies in the fields of human resources, operational management, and sales and marketing in the small to medium sized business sector.  Her goal with all clients is to encompasses both the delivery of corporate vision and departmental improvements in their profit, growth and customer service indices.  In addition, she brings an extensive track record in sales performance and client servicing through the coaching and mentoring of her team.  In all aspects of her professional work she employs a results oriented approach to the solution of problems and the achievement of key objectives.

Erin graduated in 1994, with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce, specializing in Sports Administration with a focus in marketing from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario.  She has received specialized training in the sales process, sales management and management development, human resources concepts such as recruiting, interviewing, discipline and following legislature.  Erin is a member of the Human Resource Professional Association and is currently working towards her CHRP designation. 

After graduating, Erin began her career with the Sudbury Wolves Hockey Club, in the marketing department where she gained invaluable sales experience.  She then moved on to Enterprise Rent-a-Car, serving as regional manager, where she developed her skills in human resources, customer service and sales and marketing.  After having left Enterprise, Erin worked as a consultant and manager for the Levert Corporation in Sudbury, Ontario in their health and safety department, where she honed her skills in developing health and safety programs. 

Erin now works with businesses of various sizes and industries in human resources (recruiting, performance management, policy writing), on and off line sales and marketing, analyzing business processes, customer service training and sales training.  She is also available to job seekers to improve their resume and prepare them for job interviews.
