Ministry of Labour Hiring New Inspectors

The Ontario Ministry of Labour recently announced it is hiring 41 new inspectors across Ontario.  These inspectors should be full trained by the fall of 2010.  These inspectors will  work to eradicate workplace injuries and deaths by investigating violations of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, resolving complaints and promoting safe work practices. 

If you health and safety program is not compliant with the MOL, then you have time to improve it.  Health and Safety Programs do not happen overnight.  They are a work in progess.  Now is the time to improve yours.
